Welcome to our BTI Circle community
After a few weeks of break, we are happy to share our news about BTI Coaching. In 2022 we had the opportunity to enrich our services, make ourselves more visible on social networks, and share new experiences with many customers.
In a world where visions of the future are scary, apocalyptic, and dystopian, we must be even more resilient and compassionate with ourselves. Today’s leader must be able to reflect on himself, know himself better, and create strategies to face reality. The art of living or how to live is a trending question. Leaders are also questioning themselves and have the right to rethink their “reason why.” Awareness is growing; BTI is here to support you on your journey.
Our approach is pragmatic. It is precise thanks to innovative neuroscientific tools that open our eyes to certain cognitive biases. Coaching is also intuitive, based on philosophical references, and must be able to adapt to the needs and priorities and needs of each.
The key is the revelation that there is nothing in life to take seriously. Let’s stay humble and get into the habit of taking breaks and suspending judgment. The “epoch” functions somewhat like one of those enigmatic koans from Zen Buddhism. In the beginning, our questions will trigger only perplexity. Subsequently, they will lead you on the path of wisdom sorely lacking during this period of permanent agitation. The Pyrrhonian proceeded not to destabilize themselves in-depth in a paranoid spiral of doubt but to relax whatever the subject was.
We sincerely hope that this newsletter makes you think, informs, and calms you.
One of BTI’s values is collective intelligence. After consulting you, we have decided to create an interactive community that will start on Whatsapp this month. Welcome!
First, you have to activate the following email:
Our first survey (multiple choice questions) related to the first 50 participants in the BTI community reveals that 70% wish to receive information regarding leadership. This is not surprising since many of you are recognized leaders in your field. On the other hand, 35% of you are concerned about your quality of life, and 26% about spirituality. In fact, spirituality and personal development are two distinct approaches that can help the development of a person. They are thus associated with each other despite different purposes. Spirituality can also be perceived as an axis of development. Anyone wishing to thrive should first go through spiritual development. It is thanks to the latter that we will be able to learn to live in harmony with ourselves and others. Many of us aspire to an existence connected to our profound nature and talents. Would you like to reinhabit the house of your conscience?
Our international BTI Circle community aims to create value in sharing thoughts and learnings on leadership, well-being, spirituality, and psychology.
The art of perspective
It’s all about perspective. Change your view, change your life, change your vibe!
Where are you?
Where are you now? We tend to pay more attention to the negative than the positive, which is a common bias.
Unconscious bias
When addressing unconscious bias, it is essential to recognize and understand predispositions you may have.
Do nothing!
Now get out there and do nothing!
Our best, most creative ideas often come when we’re doing basically nothing and our brains are relaxed.
World Mental Health Day
Today is World Mental Health Day. Let’s change your belief about sleeping, sleep brings us balance and prepare ourselves for a stressful life.
How do you face your feeling of unworthiness?
Believing that we are unworthy makes us doubtful of deserving.
Mental well-being
“When it comes to mental well-being, there may be lessons to be learned from older adults and their brains.”
Passion Index
Turnover is the wrong metric! Let’s talk about a PASSION index!
The Open Mind neurotechnology tools that I use as a Certified Coach, underline the notion of “Passion and engagement”.
Realistic expectations
Having a realistic expectations and no excessive optimism about your day-to-day challenges are some of the keys to keep growing.
