I am Bruno, the dynamic founder of Blue Thinking International (BTI), launched in 2007 with roots in both Mexico and France. 

As a seasoned group facilitator and coach, I have been guiding C-level executives toward success. 

My journey began with international leadership roles, including Managing Director at Schering Plough Pharmaceuticals and Regional President at Ogilvy Healthworld Latam. Now, since 2022, I am also inspiring future leaders as a lecturer on transformative leadership at Universidad Javeriana in Cali, Colombia.

My academic credentials are both scientific and humanistic: PharmD from Université de Paris V, an MBA from EM Lyon Business School, and a Master’s in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy from the University of Valencia. Always pushing boundaries, in 2023, I became a certified expert at Omind Neurotechnologies, where I use cutting-edge VR tools and serious gaming to drive transformation.

I was recently appointed at the Board of Directors of Columbia Coaching Learning Association.

An accomplished author, I co-wrote Dialogue on Change (2013) and penned several popular ebooks:
