Welcoming difficult times means prolonging somewhat certain unpleasant emotions that can overwhelm us. Nothing wrong with living your moments of pain for a few extra seconds. Don’t be positive too quickly!!
I am personally tired of excessive positivism and you?
We are served the “stay positive” all day long, a wave of positive psychology assails us and that’s enough if we don’t want to smile blissfully on our pathetic life.
So let’s take a break, a real break. Let’s feel the present moment and reflect on ourselves.
We are besieged by stimuli of all kinds. Overstimulation builds up and is not satisfactorily regulated. We make the effort to adapt but it is often an illusion because the body is tired and it no longer responds as before.
Take a step back to observe yourself. Limit excessive optimism and be aware of your biaises. You will find some effective keys to your personal growth.
