Today, October 10 2022 is World Mental Health Day. It is an opportunity to reflect on your well-being in all objectivity.
We all know that we need to drink water throughout the day, care for the right nutrition, ensure a regular walking distance and get enough quality sleep. So, let’s start with “Sleep well”.
Sleep measurements are now easy and very helpful. Independently of the precise analysis that we make of it, it is also the opportunity to be more attentive and aware of this restorative activity and how necessary it is for our immune system.
I share with you my results of hours of sleep during my past week. Not to show off or be a role model but I would love to inspire somebody to do the same or to share my post. 20 years ago I slept an average of 5 hours per night. It was my belief that it was not worthy to sleep too much. I thought I was stronger than others and yet, this lack of sleep will have left its mark on my professional and family life.
Let’s change your belief about sleeping, sleep brings us balance and prepare ourselves for a stressful life. Share the voice about the importance of Sleep. Measuring it on a daily basis, activates our dopaminergic system. It will motivate you as a conscious leader and reinforce your self-confidence. It only depends on you.
