As a trainer, I share tools, techniques and “know-how”. The “knowing how to be”, it cannot be taught. Certainly I have to inspire and motivate and I can become a role model to improve skills. It’s not sufficient. Indeed, the true trainer of Coaches as well as the professional Coach works on himself to be forgotten.
It is a bridge, a link, a hyphen.
