How to raise our energy and vibration?
HOW TO RAISE OUR ENERGY AND VIBRATION?
To address the issue in question, it is first important that you know that both you and everything around you is energy and has a different vibration level.
It is interesting to see that in some countries and cultures when we are told that we are energy, we tend to put limitations and we refuse to even listen. Because we are afraid of the unknown, fear of being punished because fear dwells in the collective subconscious. Fear of questioning things, of being different, of recognizing ourselves and it is very difficult for us to remove that veil that keeps us segregated. Luckily every day there are more people who question themselves, who are not left with a single answer or with a simple, “that’s the way things are.”
My goal in this article is that you can understand the reason for your low energy. That you discover how you can cultivate it, enrich it, take care of it and share it.
Understanding the subject of energy is as simple as listening to music with soft lyrics or even pure sound, you realize that it induces a state of calm and tranquility. Your energy connects with the vibrations of the musical notes and induces a comfortable state. On the other hand, if you put on a more moved and perhaps noisy music, you feel like the sound emitted by its notes bothers you and in the same way it affects you. If you like it and you dare, you stop and dance it.
So it happens with our energy and we vibrate to the sound of it. Everyday situations, stories from the past that we have not healed yet, people around us and certain passions that do not contribute anything good to our energy, are responsible for keeping it well below its potential and keeping you immersed in a state of deep tired and in a way out of reach of your goals.
So what happens with us, when we are aware that everything that enters and leaves us will have an effect towards me but also towards the outside, I must take care that it is the most opportune and edifying. Emotions such as envy, jealousy, ego and many others, keep our energy almost non-existent.
To evaluate your level of vibration you have to take care of your daily bread, tell yourself foods, ideas, beliefs and the often mentioned toxic people. Especially of the latter, which abound in these times, toxic people are people who are crying out to be heard and cared for. Many of them are within our family circle, and many others are our closest friends. Observing these people from a gaze of compassion and love, maintaining our healthy distances, will help us as our energy. In particular, I think they are people whose time has not yet come, many let that moment of maturity pass by refusing to give themselves that right to advance and level up their lives. But each in his own time. The truth is that people prefer to express their fears rather than heal and continue.
Because they carry a suffering that comes from their past and they have created it so as not to see their reality as it is.
To accept it, the first step is to heal our wounds from the past, and to heal we must identify and recognize what is blocking our energy. And then work the connection with the inexhaustible source of love that inhabits you and everything that surrounds you, choosing love instead of fear will allow you to enrich your energy and renew it and then share it. Leaving the judgment, pointing out, criticizing, hating aside and generating the change you want to see, first in you.
Your energy is transformed when you decide so.
