Turnover is the wrong metric! Let’s talk about a PASSION index!
The Open Mind neurotechnology tools that I use as a Certified Coach, underline the notion of “Passion and engagement”.
From my perspective, Passion is mainly related to our well-being (emotional, psychological and social) (1), to the ways that favor Happiness (Pleasure, flow and meaning) (2) as well as to the synthesis of emotional anchoring which underlines a grounded state (has plenty of daily energy and lives in a suitable environment)(3)
