The forgotten inscription on the temple of Delphi “Care for yourself” (in Greek “Epimeleia heautou”) invites movement, questioning, permanent progress. As if the “Know yourself” was not an end but a starting point. As if our own truth was not in the present state but in our effort towards the elevation. It is in this dynamic of action and showing pragmatism that we will be able to take advantage of our learning and gain awareness. Epimeleia also designates a certain number of actions, that we exercise on ourselves, we take charge of ourselves, we modify ourselves, we purify ourselves and by which we transform ourselves. Modern times have not invented anything new for the conquest of well-being and performance. It is a deep and integral work on oneself that will allow us to live the present moment with fullness.
