I must share with you one of my greatest pleasures. Being able to take a nap every day and pay a lot of attention to the minutes or even the seconds it takes to induce my sleep. I feel a lot of happiness and pride in falling asleep in less than 2 minutes in general. In addition, I pay attention to the first seconds of my awakening. I try to take advantage of this parenthesis, to extend it as much as I can and to give meaning to my dream. Sleeping well is certainly one of the great privileges in today’s society. 😀🤫
