Recently, the leaders seek to recover from a confinement which for many years has been a source of stress, isolation and total questioning. Isn’t this the time to take stock to find out where we are? Do not rush into immediate action and give ourselves the opportunity to talk about our individual and collective experiences. Let’s think together about what we need to change. Let’s open new spaces and put down silences with the respect that is required. Nothing will be the same again. So let’s mourn the past and prepare emotionally to redirect our collective efforts.
